MALI Returns Policy

We hope you love your MALI pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

- All tags must still be attached

- Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible

How to return

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, hijabs and headwear cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
